A.1.) Client Registration Forms / MaS Cards
On filling up the application for registration in the MaS program, each card-holder accepts and authorizes Sol Meliá to use and process the personal data supplied and generated by the use of the MaS Card for the purposes proper to the MAS Program, as well as for the purposes of tendering customised products and services and improving business relations with clients. In this sense, Meliá Hotels International informs you that, for the correct operation of the program, your personal data will be processed by MELIA HOTELS INTERNATIONAL S.A. and turned over to companies associated with Meliá Hotels International, more specifically associated to the MaS Program, and companies from the Meliá Hotels Internationalgroup, whereby their processing and turnover for the aforementioned purposes is authorized. Likewise, the MaS Card-holder is informed that his personal data may be turned over to companies intervening in the administration of the program, regardless of the countries in which said companies may be found, whereby international data transfers may take place, for the sole purpose of administering the MaS Program. For the said reason, and in accordance with what is set forth for in Organic Law 15/1999 dated 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Personal Data (LPD), a personal data file has been created containing those data necessary for the operation of the program. Sol Meliá guarantees the adoption of the appropriate measures to ensure the confidential processing of the said data. In the event that you do not agree to the processing or turnover of your personal data, you may write to the MELIA HOTELS INTERNATIONAL S.A. Customer Care Service, which is the administrator responsible for the files, in Gremio Toneleros, 24, 07009, Palma de Mallorca, Spain, whereby you may likewise exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.
A.2.) On Line Reservations
On filling up the On Line Reservation Form, each card-holder accepts and authorizes MELIA HOTELS INTERNATIONAL S.A. to use the personal data provided and process them automatically for the purpose of making the reservation requested, tendering customised products and services and improving business relations with clients, as well as turning over the said data to the companies comprising the Meliá Hotels International Group and to associated companies for the purposes abovementioned. Likewise, the client making a reservation is informed that his personal and reservation data shall be turned over to the companies intervening in the administration of the reservation and/or trip and to the hotel of destination, regardless of the countries in which said companies may be found, whereby international data transfers may take place, for the sole purpose of administering the reservation and guaranteeing its execution.
A.3.) Employment Pool Form
On filling up the application in the Employment Pool, each candidate accepts and authorizes MELIA HOTELS INTERNATIONAL S.A. to use the personal data and information supplied and process them automatically in such as way as to form part of our database for personnel selection, for the purpose of joining the personnel selection processes of the different hotels and companies of the Sol Meliá Group; as well as to turn over the said data to the companies comprising the Meliá Hotels International Group and associated companies, for the exclusive purpose of personnel selection. MELIA HOTELS INTERNATIONAL informs the candidate that he may exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to the person charged with processing and the owner of the files in which their personal data are contained:

A.4.) Registration in the Distribution List of Offers and Promotions
The Sol Meliá Group informs you that your e-mail address shall be entered into an automated file (distribution list) for the purpose of providing you information regarding news and offers from us by e-mail. In case you do not desire to receive further notifications and offers by e-mail, enter your e-mail address in "My Profile", in the “My Subscriptions” section. Upon sending the request, you will receive an e-mail confirming you deregistration.
B) Confidentiality
MELIA HOTELS INTERNATIONAL shall not disclose your personal data to any third party other than those enumerated in the preceding sections.
