FIRST DEPOSIT
- 20%of the total for services contracted as guarantee for the Group.
CANCELLATIONS
- More than 60 days without penalty
- From 59 to 60 days before arrival > if more than 50% of the group is cancelled, 10% of the cost of one night in Bed and Breakfast shall be invoiced.
- From 29 to 15 days before arrival > if more than 20% of the group is cancelled, 50% of the cost of one night in Bed and Breakfast plus meeting rooms shall be invoiced.
- From 14 to 8 days before arrival > The cost of one night in Bed and Breakfast plus meeting rooms shall be invoiced.
- From 7 to 3 days before arrival > The cost of two nights in Bed and Breakfast plus meeting rooms shall be invoiced.
- From 2 to 1 days before arrival > > The cost in full of the rooms plus meeting rooms, as well as food services of the first day shall be invoiced.
- Day of arrival > Full cost of the services contracted by the group shall be invoices.
